The hardest push up you will ever do, that will show results.

3 Moves, 300 Muscles, 2 sets of twenty go a long way (3 sets if your brave).

Begin with some light stretching, then begin workout.


Start in a standard push up position. Lower your body until your chin almost touches the floor. Then lower your hips as you raise  your head and shoulders toward the sky.  Go back to the starting position and repeat.

Give it a try.  Feel the burn.  Then go cool off.  As always workout, drink be merry.
