Blueberry, Raspberry and AlmondMilk surprise blast Drink!

Hello all.

Speaking to my workout out buddy, about getting older, and we are getting older, but talking about changing our college eating diets. That is, eating super large meals, specifically breakfast, and not worrying about the penalties of such habits. We’ve all have seen or heard about the juicing fad, and it is a fad, because everything comes and everything goes. That said, I’m jumping on the wagon. I want to share one of my favorite drinks “Blueberry, Raspberry and AlmondMilk surprise blast Drink!”

 

Blueberry, Raspberry, AlmondMilk DrinkBlueberry, Raspberry and AlmondMilk surprise blast Drink

12 oz  Silk AlmondMilk (Unsweetened)

1/4 cup Blueberry

1/4 cup Raspberry

2 tbsp. (15g) Hemp Force (omega-3, omega-6, omega-9, fiber)

1 tbsp. (7g) Raw Steel Cut Oatmeal (optional)

the surprise is 1 tsp.  (7g) Horseradish (anti-oxidant, liver cleansing super food)

Preparation:

Blend all ingredients thoroughly and enjoy! Serving size 1.

Tip:

Add raw oatmeal on top of blended drink. Why not sprinkle some Chia Seeds on top?  Add a health punch.

 

(Either breakfast, lunch, after a workout or anytime in between.)

 

Give it a try. It may not be sweet enough for you if you’re a “light and sweet” kind of person, but it will definitely give you the nutrients you need to kick some ass or recover from an ass kicking!
