Workout: Schedule this into your weekend.

Life has been hectic, but whose life isn’t?! I have been adjusting to a new daily schedule and boy has it been difficult.  People tend to slow down and become lethargic at the end of the day because of the daily load of “to-dos”.  With longer hours in the day , thanks to Day light saving time (which takes me two weeks to adjust) and better weather on the way you got to take advantage.  With this week hint (3 days) of nice weather I have been rejuvenated with wanting to get back to working out.  BBQ, beach and bikini season around the corner.  What other reason is there to get started?! Well of course your health, but you don’t see that on the beach. So let’s do it.
