Do some Jumping Jacks.

Feeling down, “Do some Jumping Jacks.” Feeling sluggish, “Do some Jumping Jacks.” Feeling happy and healthy, “Do some Jumping Jacks.”

We’ve all done jumping jacks in grade school. If not, what planet are you from?! This is just a reminder to do them. None the less, you should add these to your day! Get the blood circulating. Get the metabolism going. Get your daily workout going with jumping jacks!

JUMPING JACK

Beginners 2 set of 20 jumping jacks.

Intermediate 4 set of 25 jumping jacks

Expert as many as you want

Jumping jacks are great! The endorphins after doing a couple of sets perk you right up. You’ll be surprised how good you feel.

So, when you’re feeling in the dumps “Do some Jumping Jacks!”

Now go train. As Always, Workout,  Drink be Merry.
